Boss Hogg's Prime Swine was founded on a simple belief: great pork is not made in the kitchen — it's made on the farm. Everything we do, from the boar we choose to the last week of finish, is aimed at putting a better cut of pork on the table.
We work with old-line Duroc genetics — including bloodlines developed through Henry Fudge's decades of heritage breeding — because they deliver the marbling, red color, and depth of flavor that commodity pork lost a long time ago.
